Hi Joanna and Cherin,

As always, thank you for your thoughts and care as expressed in your last emails. We have been taking the time to thoroughly review everything as we continue doing the research on our end. There is so much to give careful consideration to and I want to ensure that we do that well .  

We have a good deal of homework to do over the next few weeks and we will let you know when we've arrived at our decision.
